Sponsor a Guide Dog {Mandela Day} 29 / 67 ways to change the world

OK so I took a little break from it, but as promised on Mandela Day 2013 (19.07.13), this is part of my series on their 67 suggested ways of changing the world. This one comes under the category of 'Help Out for Good Health:

29. Donate a wheelchair or guide dog, to someone in need.

For people who have disabilities in a developing country or a country without a system like the NHS (healthcare in the UK), life can be incredibly unforgiving! You could help to ease their pain and lessen their daily struggles by doing something practical like sponsoring a guide dog to be trained, or perhaps helping someone to pay for a wheelchair that they need.

Look online to see if there are any local, national or even international initiatives that you could get involved with to make a huge difference!

Blessings!
